About This Map

There is a growing amount of activity by faith groups on environmental issues across London. The complexity of work in this city makes it hard to keep track of such work and good practice that might inspire others is often unnoticed.

Mapping for Change, in partnership with the Conservation Foundation, has set up this on-line map and directory to help anyone with an interest in this work find out more and promote what they are doing.

The Map covers activity by all the main faiths. You can search for projects in any or all of the eleven layers: Buildings and Energy, Food, Health etc. (see the box on the right). You can also search by Faith: simply type in the name of the Faith in the Search box. Projects of that Faith will be listed below. You can search by borough in the same way.

Developing the map is an ongoing interactive process. If you would like to see your project on the map you can add it yourself. You can do this by clicking the Add Content button on the map interface, but you will need to register as a user on the first occasion.
